Featuring the Behavioral Health Measure-20® (BHM-20®), the CHS-MH is the most efficient system available for assessing mental health across psychotherapy sessions. Here are some highlights.

• Using the 20 items of the BHM-20, the CHS-MH assesses complete mental health electronically in 90 seconds and may be used at each psychotherapy session. The BHM-20 includes the following scales, sub-scales and indicators:

• Using two items of the BHM-20, the Suicide Monitoring Scale (SMS) assesses suicidality using a color-coded matrix methodology. The SMS provides four risk levels that have been shown to be highly valid and reliable - No Risk, Mild Risk, Moderate Risk, and Severe Risk.
  
  
• Our unique Behavioral Health Profile features a color-coded profile of the client's mental health based on the BHM-20 scales and subscales. Viewing the Profile, it takes only a few seconds for the clinician and client to understand the current mental health status of the client.
  
  
• An exclusive feature of the CHS-MH and validated in two research studies, the 5-item Psychotherapy Readiness Scale identifies--at the first session--clients who are at risk to do poorly in psychotherapy.
  
  
• The 6-item Therapeutic Bond Scale evaluates the relationship between psychotherapist and client.
  
  
• Our color-coded figures and tables display comprehensive client information in a user-friendly format across psychotherapy sessions.
  
  
• The Center Outcome Report is available to the center's administrators. This comprehensive outcomes report provides data for all clients at the center and includes the following: (a) average number of psychotherapy sessions across clients; (b) the number and percentage of clients recovered, improved, deteriorated, and showing no change; (c) the average intake score across clients compared to the score at the most recent session; and (d) a frequency table (number and percentage) showing clients' intake mental health levels (Normal Range, Mild Distress, Moderate Distress, Severe Distress) in comparison to the levels at the most recent session. Center Outcomes Report information is provided for the CHS-MH scales and Global Mental Health.
